Do not discuss God with worldly
intoxicated persons. A man with perverted intellect can never reach the
threshold of a clear vision of the Supreme Reality.
One who so enters the Holy
Sarnagti of the Satguru, so chooses the Lotus Feet of the Satguru, so
surrenders himself at His Feet, has actually been already accepted by
the Guru.
A sikh who does not leave the Guru, the Guru never leaves him. He who
truly loves the Satguru, Satguru loves him much more. As the sikh falls
at the Holy Feet, he has already been accepted, owned and saved by the
Satguru.
He who so chooses the Divine, has already been chosen by the Divine.
Offering oneself body, mind
and all possessions to the Beloved Satguru and tuning oneself in total
submission and obedience to His Will and command, one wins Him over.
In conscious and cheerful obedience to the Will and pleasure of the Satguru
one becomes fit to attract Supreme Grace.
When one surrenders one's mind, one's ego at the Holy Feet of the Satguru,
his individuality consequently relapses completely in its true source
and there is perfect harmony with the Divine Will. Divine Will manifests
as Will of The Satguru. Sri Guru Nanak Sahib keenly awaits such a surrender.
Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj once said :
There is delay in our failing, in our dropping headlong at Sri Guru Nanak
Sahib's Holy Feet but there is no delay in His forgiving us, in accepting
us in His Divine fold.
Actually Guru seeks us more than we seek Him. Let us take that one desired
step of surrendering ourselves at the lotus feet of Sri Guru Granth Sahib
and we are in the Divine Lap of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib.

Our Lord Guru is waiting with
stretched hands to welcome us in his Holy Folds.
Surrender of the five Beloved ones was total. It was free and full. It
was unreserved and unqualified. They surrendered them-selves at the Holy
Feet of their Beloved Guru Gobind Singh Sahib with all the joy and delight
of the soul. They gave themselves unto the Guru without any restraint,
condition, demand and reservation. They sought no recognition. They dropped
headlong at His Holy Feet because they already belonged to Him. They were
personification of Love. Guru Gobind Singh Sahib was their Sole Beloved.
All the five shine eternally as the most Beloved of Sri Guru Gobind Singh
Sahib.
This is what wholesale surrender means. In true surrender there is no
half-hearted or part-offering. There is nothing left which you can call
yours, because you as a whole including your ego stand surrendered and
offered to the Beloved Satguru.
