Infinite cannot be grasped by finite. Indescribable is beyond the limits of description. Fully aware of these limitations I proceed to pay my humble homage at the Lotus Feet of my supreme Lord Jot Roop Har, Guru Nanak. For a mortal like me, a frail human being, it is well nigh impossible to comprehend, to grasp even a fraction of Lord’s Glory, what to say of narrating or penning down the same. Fully conscious of my limitations and imperfections I, at the very outset, seek and pray for your forgiveness.

I was studying in D & M college, Moga when my respected father led me direct into the holy presence of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj and afforded me number of such blessed chances thereafter. It was in the holy and direct presence of Mahan Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj that I experienced the grandeur and bliss of the Eternal Glory of Guru Nanak.

After Aug 1943 when Mahan Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj had physically disappeared in the Holy folds and bosom of Sri Guru Granth Sahib I had the blessed chance of hearing my esteemed father on this holy subject. The ideas in this book are chiefly based on frequent and detailed spiritual discussions I had with my esteemed father. This, in short, is the essence of what I had gathered with my limited and mean intellect from wide range of practical spiritual experience and mature wisdom of my father.

I dedicate this humble attempt to the Sacred Glory of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj and to the holy remembrance of my own worshipable father, Baba Narinder Singh Ji.
